Catherine Voutaz

President 2024-2025

Catherine Voutaz is a lifelong Utahn and dedicated advocate for Democratic values across the state. Past president of the Women's Democratic Club of Utah, she has run for public office four times and has been deeply involved in candidate recruitment, grassroots organizing, and party leadership. Catherine currently serves as Treasurer of the Utah Democratic Party where she brings her accounting, budgeting, and nonprofit financial management to the role and is the Chair for House District 49 in Herriman.
