Alison Griffith
Alison Griffith (she/her) serves as Director of Community Engagement for the ACLU of Utah, where she leads community education and outreach efforts focused on protecting civil rights and liberties for all Utahns. Her career spans legislative policy work in the U.S. Senate and more than 20 years of public diplomacy and community engagement across the United States, Middle East, Central America, and Europe with the U.S. Department of State. Alison has also worked in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and the private sector, facilitating civil dialogue, professional development, and community empowerment initiatives. She currently advocates on issues including voting rights, immigrant rights, First Amendment protections, and transgender rights.

Marina Lowe
Marina Lowe serves as Senior Director of Legal & Legislative Affairs for Equality Utah, where she leads bipartisan advocacy efforts to advance LGBTQ rights and protections across Utah. With nearly two decades of experience on Capitol Hill, she has helped pass landmark legislation on LGBTQ nondiscrimination protections, Election Day voter registration, police body camera policy, conversion therapy bans for LGBTQ youth, and criminal justice reform. Prior to joining Equality Utah, Marina spent 15 years as Legislative & Policy Director for the ACLU of Utah and previously practiced law in both Utah and California. Her career reflects a deep commitment to civil rights, government accountability, and building meaningful policy change through collaboration and advocacy.
