Meals are ordered in advance so late registrants cannot be guaranteed a meal.

Lannie Chapman
Salt Lake County Clerk

Lannie Chapman, grew up in Michigan. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School. Lannie began her career with Salt Lake County as a deputy District Attorney, in the Salt Lake County’s Civil division wherein she worked with many of the County agencies. In 2019, Lannie was appointed to be the Chief Deputy Clerk, for County Clerk Sherrie Swensen. Lannie was appointed by the Lt. Governor to the Election Administration Center’s Standards Board where she was elected by her peers nationally to serve on the executive board in 2025.  During the winter, Lannie’s family enjoys big and little cottonwood canyons, skiing primarily at Brighton. Outside of ski season, Lannie, her husband, and two incredible daughters love to travel and explore all the wonderful things Utah and the world have to offer.






 

Elizabeth Rasmussen
Executive Director Better Boundaries
 
 Elizabeth is working to advance fair, transparent political processes that put voters first. She brings experience in public policy, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership. Elizabeth began her career working for Senator Mitt Romney in Washington, DC, and later became a consultant at Deloitte, supporting federal and state clients with climate policy implementation. She has been involved in several Utah campaigns, including Becky Edwards’ U.S. Senate race. In 2023, she ran for Utah Senate and currently serves on the board of Utah Women Run, where she helps prepare women to step into public leadership. She holds a B.A. in American Studies from Brigham Young University and lives in Lehi with her husband and their two dogs.
