Sheila Srivastava, CPA, Salt Lake County Treasurer

She's running for Salt Lake County Treasurer to provide efficient, ethical, and transparent management of county funds and collaborate with other elected officials to best serve Salt Lake County residents. She is the ONLY Certified Public Accountant (CPA) running and when elected she will be making history as the first woman to serve as Salt Lake County Treasurer!

She understands the weight of managing tax revenue. Every dollar collected is scarce, and my commitment is to handle your tax dollars with diligence and precision. Her approach is nonpartisan and centered on process not politics. She aims to be the professional that every resident, irrespective of political affiliation, can trust to safeguard the community's assets.

John Arthur, Utah State Board of Education

He was the 2021 Utah Teacher of the Year and National Teacher of the Year Finalist. Now in his 11th year of teaching, his students have gained national recognition as advocates for themselves and their communities through the digital content they create and share across platforms as @9thEvermore.


In 2023, he was recognized as one of Utah’s Most Valuable Educators by Instructure and the Utah Jazz, and he received the K-12 Hero Award from eSchool News. John Arthur serves on the Board of Directors for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, WestEd, REL West, and IncludEd United.
